Brent Burgoyne is a strategy consultant and learning facilitator with more than twenty years of experience in the areas of organizational transformation, leadership development and executive coaching. He has worked with executive teams, senior managers, supervisors, individual contributors and work teams.

Brent’s most recent deliverable was to develop and pilot a comprehensive leadership development program for the First Rand Group, one of South Africa’s Big Four banking groups, headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa. Brent has also worked extensively in the sales domain, designing sales force transformation processes, including training and coaching sales consultants and their leaders across various industries.

Brent has worked with clients in many industries. His list of recent client engagements includes Microsoft, RGA, Shell, Oracle, First Rand, Total and ABSA. He continues to work on the conference circuit and feels that the wide exposure he gets to organizations in a process of transformation gives him a feel for the pulse of organizational change.
