Juan Francisco Galvis

Juan Francisco Galvis began his career as a mechanical engineer. Today he is a highly skilled, results-driven and creative organizational development specialist. He has directed human resource efforts in the areas of organizational design, management, leadership, team work, organizational change, creative problem solving, total quality, coaching and safety.

From 1977 to 1981 Juan worked for General Electric of Colombia as a national training and development coordinator. During his time with General Electric he was responsible for the training and development of all the service personnel, engineers, administrators, office personnel and mechanics.

Between 1981 and 1995 Juan worked for Intecor in several different roles, including internal consultant for organizational development. In this role he was responsible for advising all levels of leadership, from the president to the front-line leaders of the organization.

Juan is an expert in the areas of conflict resolution, creative problem solving, decision making, talent development and continuous improvement.
