Michael has a degree in Pedagogics and has been a business consultant and coach since 1997. Prior to becoming a business consultant, Michael spent five years as the general manager of a private institute in Germany. His clients include Bayer, Deutsche Post, Siemens, Toshiba, Neckermann, RWE, Deutsche Telekom, Signal-Iduna-Gruppe, Capital, DEG, KfW, Busch-Jäger Elektro, GlaxoSmithKline, Textron and Kautex.

Michael’s areas of expertise include post merger integration, knowledge management, performance management, leadership, team development and coaching. He has worked across multiple industries including: pharmaceuticals, electronics, IT, electric utilities, telecommunications, insurance, publishing and banking.

Michael is fluent in German, English and French.
