Targeted Learning is seeking training professionals with strong facilitation experience to train our 7 conversations material as contract facilitators and/or contract for the use of Targeted Learning's materials with their current clients.

Required qualifications include:

• Extensive training experience involving facilitation/delivery with corporate clients (experience with oil and gas industry a plus)
• Proven presentation skills (References preferred)
• Professional presence and demeanor
• Bachelor's degree (Masters Degree preferred)
• MS Office skills
• Available to travel
