BRIDGET TEMPLE is a highly talented and sought-after trainer who delivers Targeted Learning's workshops to clients in Europe.
Bridget established her management training consultancy in 1988 and has been responsible for designing and delivering workshops for clients in both the public and private sectors. Her main areas of expertise are in team development, facilitation, coaching, writing, presentation and media skills. Bridget has a track record of working effectively with people at every organization level and from very diverse backgrounds: from engineers and service workers to government ministers and top executives.
Bridget's clients include: Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Firmenich, Muelhens, Schott, United Biscuits, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sara Lee and The London Business School.
Bridget is fluent in French, German and Dutch, speaks intermediate Spanish and basic Polish and Arabic.
JUAN FRANCISCO GALVIS delivers Targeted Learning's workshops in Latin America. Juan began his career as a mechanical engineer, but later discovered a talent and passion for organization development. He has directed human resource efforts in a variety of areas including: organizational design, management and leadership development, team development, organizational change, creative problem solving, total quality, coaching and safety.
Prior to starting his own consulting practice. Juan worked in training and organization development for companies such as General Electric of Colombia and Intercor. In these roles he was responsible for the training and development of people throughout these organizations—from office personnel, mechanics and engineers to managers, directors and vice-presidents.
As a consultant and trainer, Juan has extensive experience working in many Latin-American countries. His expertise is in the areas of employee development, management development, creative problem solving, decision making, team development and continuous improvement.
BRENT BURGOYNE is a learning facilitator with more than twenty years of experience in the areas of leadership development and coaching. He has worked with executive teams and senior managers, with individuals and with groups.
Brent's most recent deliverable was to develop and pilot a comprehensive leadership development program for the First Rand Group, one of South Africa's Big Four banking groups, headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa. Brent facilitates Targeted Learning's workshops in Africa.
Brent has also worked extensively in the sales domain, training and coaching sales consultants and their leaders across various industries.
NEIL STAKER is a human resources and training consultant who began his career as an internal consultant and project manager for Monsanto, the State of Utah, and American Stores.
Neil specializes in consulting and training in the areas of organization culture, coaching skills, career management, performance improvement and interpersonal skills.
Neil has trained thousands of people in hundreds of classes.
